About

My name is Victoria. I’m music therapist from the Midwest transplanted to southern California.

This journal that I have kept over the years chronicles my journey from a college student to a young professional. It discusses a variety of topics – many of them personal. Some entries discuss mature content as well as graphic depictions of depression and anxiety. Please use discretion if you feel this would be unsafe for you to read.

Journaling has helped me to process events as well as ideas and concepts. While they may be of little interest to the public, I hope you stumble across at least something of value to you. Or maybe just some insight to the brain of a random 20-something female.

  1. That’s really interesting that you’re studying Music Therapy. I love making music, and playing instruments and singing are a form of release when I get angry, upset, nervous or down. Anxiety really sucks. I hope that things can change for you. 🙂

  2. I suffer from general anxiety and panic disorders as well. Truly, my coping skill has been blogging. I’m amazed at how much it has helped. Feel free to check out my blog, maybe you can find some feelings to relate to.
